PHILOSOPHY:

Dwight E. Jefferson is committed to reasonable fees for the ADR services provided.

FULL DAY MEDIATION:

One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,500.00) per adverse party for up to three parties; Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per adverse party for mediations of four parties or more.

HALF-DAY MEDIATION:

Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per adverse party.

ARBITRATION:

Hearing Time: $3,000.00 per day

Study Time: $300.00 an hour

Travel Time: $150 an hour

Case Expenses: Reasonably incurred (generally minimal)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If it becomes necessary to reschedule the mediation, then the parties will be charged a rescheduling fee of $150.00 per party, which is to be paid no later than the commencement of the rescheduled session.

PAYMENT:

All parties’ fee payments should be tendered at or before the commencement of the mediation session. Payment can be in the form of cash, cashier’s check or your firm’s check and made payable to Dwight E. Jefferson, P.L.L.C., Tax Identification Number 76-0693799.
